Zhu Qingshi, male, chemist, professor, doctoral tutor, academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences. Born in Chengdu of Sichuan Province.
Graduated from Department of Modern Physics of University of Science and Technology of China in 1968, and as a research director of Qinghai Institute of Salt Lakes and Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
Elected as an academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1991.
Worked in teaching and research at University of Science and Technology of China, and led the creation of Key Laboratory of Key Chemistry of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1994.
Vice president of University of Science and Technology of China. 1996-1998
President of University of Science and Technology of China. 1998-2008.
Professor of Sichuan University since February 2009.
