RESEARCH INTERESTS:
Professor Chen’s research areas include the systheses of water-soluble trasition metal phosphine complexes and their application in aqueous/organic biphasic catalytic system, the application of chiral catalysts in asymmetric syntheses, green industry production of fine chemicals and petrochemical industry production, and C-C coupling reaction. The systheses of water-soluble rhodium phosphine complexes and their application in aqueous/organic biphasic hydroformylation have owned the independent knowledge authority of our country. The development new catalyst has showed great reaction activity and selectivity in hydroformylation, which has a crucial value in green chemitry research and is supported by National Key Basic Research Program of China.
